MAIN SHIPPING METHODS

There are three shipping methods we offer, including rush shipping and standard shipping. We will arrange the best Courier according to your choice of shipping method and shipping address.

1) Standard Shipping(Delivery in 25-35 days)-Free!!!

Shipping Courier including USPS & UPS,Aramex & DPD.

2) Premium Shipping (Delivery in 15-25 days) -$19.89

Shipping Courier including DHL-E.

3) Rush Shipping (Delivery in 10-20 days)-$39.89

Shipping Courier including DHL/FedEx/TNT.

Note :The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will bpreppydresse customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.
Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem.

Tracking
You’ll get shipping information for your order when the items in your order are fulfilled. Make sure that your Email address is correct.

Please note that sometimes the tracking update may have some delay. Please don’t worry, try to check in a few days.

Delivery Guide

To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, then you must provide us with a physical address by email.

Return Policy

We always focus on providing excellent products and good shopping experience to our customers. Our return policy is here to help customers to handle all kinds of return cases.

*********Cancellation**********

Our customers can cancel their orders if they need, but the time for canceling is very important, because some of our formal dresses are made to order. Please read the following details for cancellation policy:

1. Order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment: for a full refund.

2. Order can be canceled within 48-72 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee.

3. Order can be canceled >72 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.

********Return Policy********

Our customers can return/exchange the dress, if we send the dress to you in wrong size/color/bad quality.

For custom dress return, we can only return 50% of the dress price, because custom dress can't  be sold again, thank you so much for your understanding.

We are unable to take the return if you personally feel the dress does not look good on you, but actually there is no any problem on the dress, thank you for your understanding.

A. Measurements or Size.

Due to this is online shopping, the correct measurements or size is always the most important key to make the fitting dresses. So, it is very important that dear you give us your correct measurements or size according to our measuring guide and size chart. If buyers send us wrong measurements/size or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which results in a unfitting dress, I am sorry we are unable to accept return request.

B.Color Representation:

We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.

********Return Detail********

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the dress.

2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.

3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
